When is it really time to stop eating?

If you are someone who craves so much and tends to eat a lot more than you are supposed to, then you are in the right article.

Eating too much is bad for your health and you should know that it is also a bad habit. It will surely make you gain weight and accumulate fat that can lead to obesity, especially when you like junk food and high calorie. First, you need to know where your cravings or hunger are coming from. Eating too much can be the result of stress or depression, and even boredom. Therefore, it is very important that you examine yourself, because no one knows you better than you.

When you attack, entertain your thoughts. They say cravings only last five minutes, so when you feel like eating again, try to think of something different or keep busy. This way you can stop your cravings.

Second, keep track of the food you eat, by making a list of your food intake, you will know if it is enough. Stop eating a large amount of food in one sitting, breakfast, lunch, all dinner. Instead, eat small portions in five or six proportions. In this way, it will satisfy your hunger and prevent you from eating again, especially junk food.

If your body cannot cope with your diet plan then stop it. Going on a diet that doesn’t suit you will increase your cravings. Adequate food intake is not easy, especially for those who have bad eating habits for a while. It’s hard work, but you have to condition yourself to avoid it and eventually get a positive result.

Third, know your limits. By knowing your limits, you will be aware of the foods you eat. Think about how much you spend on those extra foods you eat that you don’t need at all. Extra food at home or work will invite you to eat, so throw out all the junk food. It is simple; you will not eat if there is nothing to eat. Eating is just a matter of conditioning the mind and body.

Finally, commitment is still the key. Commitment to the goal itself will make it easier for you to achieve it. Don’t try to sneak around and try to eat more today and eat less tomorrow. The more you commit, the more aggressive you will be. Also, always remember, you are not doing this for someone; you are doing this for yourself, for your own good.
