Fruit and cheese are a complete morning meal that you can throw in a bag and take with you on the go.

Also consider non-traditional breakfast foods. How about a leftover slice of pizza? A bowl of lentil soup? Some rice pudding? There are no rules here. Any healthy food that looks appealing to you in the morning is a great breakfast food!
