How to Make Outback Steakhouse at Home

The Outback Steakhouse Steak recipe is one of the most sought after secret restaurant recipes. This recipe happens to be one of my all-time favorites. This is one of my staple recipes when I’m with friends or if I have family at home. The Outback Steakhouse apparently knows what it’s doing when it comes to steak. If they didn’t, the recipe obviously wouldn’t be as popular.

Secret restaurant recipes are becoming more and more popular. People are looking for tried and tested restaurant recipes to make at home. Some of the reasons why secret recipes are gaining so much popularity are:

o Restaurant recipes are less risky to try. When you try one of these imitation cat recipes, you’re making something you’ve probably tried at the restaurant.

o In today’s economy, everyone is looking to save money. Going to an established restaurant like Outback Steakhouse can set you back $20-$25 per person, depending on what you order and drink. You can have significant savings by taking advantage of all the secret restaurant recipes that are available.

o Spending more time at home and not having to carry the family, find parking and then wait to be seated are even more benefits of using restaurant recipes at home.

How to make an Outback Steakhouse style steak at home:

Select 4 fillets of your choice; Rib Eye, Steak, New York Strip or whatever you like.

1. Mix the following spices:

  • 6 teaspoons of seasoning salt
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon coriander

2. Fully cover and rub the spice mixture on both sides of the steak and allow the dry marinade to marinate on the steaks for at least ½ hour.

3. Cook steaks over medium high heat to desired level of doneness. Flip the steaks once, being careful not to pierce the steak.

4. Remove the steaks from the heat and let the meat rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Enjoy your homemade Outback Steakhouse Steak!
