Housewives spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing meals. They care about the health of the family and that is why spending the most precious time in the kitchen would result in making the tastiest and healthiest recipes to maintain the health of the family.

Meals have to be nutritious and at the same time tasty and absolutely beautifully presented. Too much use of butter, cheese or cream would increase weight and too little protein is unhealthy. A balanced diet, healthy eating is ideal for both young children and parents.

Vegetables like tomato, cabbage, beetroot, radish, broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, pumpkin are very good as a daily diet. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, mint, coriander, and ausperago are also good to include in your daily meal. The cooking time of the vegetables should not be more than 10-15 minutes, since more cooking time would reduce the energy levels contained in the vegetables. The point is that the cooking time should be minimized, and more importantly, the vegetables should be covered while they cook.

Salads, soups, desserts, they are excellent if they are included in the daily diet. You can also consume all kinds of cereals that provide high levels of energy for the body. Apart from this wheat flour, corn flakes and milk must be used in daily food in various forms.

Cookies and biscuits are great for children if they are given with milk. Ice creams, soft drinks and pizzas should be minimized as they increase the weight of children. These foods can be consumed on holidays or from time to time at parties.

The use of bread, jam, sauce is good for children. Nut masses, cereals, vegetable salad and fresh fruit juices are essential for all members of the family on a daily basis.

Meat, fish and eggs can be added to the meal once a week as they lead to more weight gain, although non-vegetarian meals are great for protein and energy levels. Depending on the physical energy and exercise required per day, meals should be prepared.

Cooking at home should be fresh and less oil should be used. Leftovers should never be kept in the refrigerator, and it’s nice to have a fresh meal every day.

Having warm or hot meals is ideal as there are no bacteria in the hot portions. Eating out should be minimized and bring a lunch box, whether it is a sandwich or an omelet, homemade food is good since it preserves health.
