Similar experiences
So maybe your experiences are similar to mine as I have tried various money making/get rich quick schemes over the years.
The top achievers at the time I got interested in starting an online business, they seem to make it look so easy. Therefore, shamefully I admit, I foolishly fell for its promises.
Now being naturally curious, passionate, enterprising, my attitude was that even if I only achieved half of what they promised, I would succeed.
I wanted to be successful in my online business. Stubbornly, with all enthusiasm and optimism, I firmly pursued my goals of building an online business.
Unfortunately, I have to admit that all my attempts to start an online business were in vain and I never achieved any real success.

So with this ‘twenty-twenty in hindsight’. I have noticed that I have been subconsciously sabotaging my life and online business for many years.
Like most people, I have been continuously trying to improve my life, that is, improve my employment situation and my income prospects.
So, with this perfect understanding of a situation, after it has happened, I have decided to share my discovery.
Online Business Startup
I have always tried to start online businesses to work alongside the day job. My hope is to earn some extra money to slowly turn this side business into a full time income.
As always I have thought of having my feet firmly on the ground. I didn’t expect to get rich quick. I believe in hard work. Therefore, it goes without saying that he expected to work hard and thus succeed, regardless of how long it took.
However, I did not expect to get caught up in get-rich-quick programs or schemes. Not that I was falling in love with these ideas per se. He wanted to work hard and build a business. It was difficult/impossible to avoid getting involved in a get-rich-quick scheme. They were all over the internet at the time.
Methods and Training
Now, at that time, every success story seemed to offer its techniques, secret methods, and training. So even if I wasn’t interested in getting rich quick, I was inevitably led down these paths.
Therefore, as an entrepreneur trying to start an online business, I tried to follow various business models. So overwhelmed by the steep learning curve and the vast array of information available online.
I found myself struggling to know what information was useful, what training program to follow and implement.
Eventually, this was so overwhelming. Including not being sure who to trust or follow unintentionally trapped me in get-rich-quick schemes that inevitably led to failure.
So, every time I failed to start an online business, I would look at it as a lesson learned and then hopefully move on to the next opportunity to start an online business.
However, the result was that I gave up on my online business dreams and goals. For the next several years, I didn’t even look at commercials or anything that resembled a business opportunity.
I would usually turn off
Then while I was scanning through YouTube and watching some videos, an ad suddenly popped up in the middle. Usually, she would turn off and wait for the ad to finish so she could continue watching the video.
However, to my surprise, something caught my eye. I can’t remember exactly what it was. However, I think I was struck by the calm, confident, and authentic way this person spoke. I felt that I could trust what she was saying.

I listened carefully to the announcement and subsequently responded. He had spoken directly to where I was in my life at that time. Well, one thing led to another, and I followed the links loving everything this opportunity had to offer.
So my attention was captured. They didn’t try to sell me all the time. As a result, I felt like I was being screened or interviewed to find out if I would be a good fit for the business model. It seemed as if they were trying to identify if he would put their teaching and training into practice.
A win-win situation
Therefore, it seemed to me that the company was interested in my success as much as I wanted to be successful. and I think the company should benefit from the training they are providing. This is exactly how I think all business should be: a win-win situation.
So the solution to not subconsciously sabotaging my life and business was that I needed an honest mentor who was truly interested in my success as much as I am interested in my success and in the process would coach and guide me to be successful.
