Last but not least, there’s the Weekend Champagne Dim Sum Brunch at Mandarin Oriental’s Cherry Garden restaurant, and while it’s only served on weekends, it’s worth the wait… Their delicately handcrafted dim sums and the Kurobuta roast pork are probably the best in town, plus you can enjoy free flow champagne and a very nice atmosphere… Who could ask for more?
