Neither Trump nor Biden can repair America

At no time has the United States been so divided. It’s pretty obvious when Congress can’t even agree to offer relief to the public in terms of desperately needed financial aid. This is just one example of how our elected officials don’t care about the well-being of the American citizen for whom, incidentally, Congress is supposed to work. For too long there has not been a cohesive movement to bring not only much-needed financial aid, but also to bring unity to America. The divisive forces that continue have made this nation almost irreverent.

What has happened is that there has been a sociological deterioration that has made it possible for our society and our political process to evolve into a set of non-coherent destabilizing factors that have only made our nation so unstable. What we have today is that when neither Democrats nor Republicans have cooperated to foster any kind of engagement that restores public trust, it only shows how disconnected our government is from the harsh realities facing millions of Americans. And, if Congress somehow manages to compromise like it did with the first stimulus bill last spring, they find a way to fall short of too little too late.

This sociological deterioration of this nation has made it almost impossible to correct the evils inflicted on the public by years of seismic shifts away from the culture that fostered not only intellectual excellence but embodied a camaraderie, a brotherhood of man to “create a perfect union. “. paraphrasing the opening of the United States Constitution. Having a management plan would congratulate the achievement of that “most perfect union.” Something this nation has not had in over 60 years.

It was President Kennedy who took the gauntlet in his inaugural address to provide the nation with a blueprint for direction. In doing so, he united the nation behind a unity of purpose. We put in a man on the moon and made America a leader in global affairs. No president or presidential candidate since has been able to unite a nation behind a definitive leadership plan that would embody the kind of unity this nation had. A leadership plan to bring America back to the international stature it once had.

What this nation needs today is a definitive plan outlined in detail on how to achieve lasting health, vitality, prosperity and security for all Americans. In other words, create that “most perfect match.” It should be noted that when President Kennedy spoke, he urged all Americans “Do not ask what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country” was the patriotic rallying cry that instilled a sense of purpose to unify behind a plan. direction for this nation. Once again, as a result, the US presence became the leader in global affairs.

Today, there is a great need to restore the trust of this nation in the eyes of not only the rest of the world, but also the trust that the American people have in the leaders we elect to represent us. Unfortunately, however, that confidence has not been regained. For too long, our leaders have never been able to bring that confidence to the American public. And neither Trump nor Biden are capable of restoring the kind of trust to the American public. It is unfortunate that our elected officials remain so inept in realizing that this nation needs a concise leadership plan that would compliment a unity of purpose that would create that most perfect union. A management plan that can only be provided by the Ten Articles of Confederation of the National Economic Reform.
