great culinary skills– Remember that catering at its most basic level is all about food. A good provider must have enough experience in the kitchen. Be aware of food allergies and religious dietary requirements that may affect your cooking methods and menu. Being able to survive these challenges is a true testament to your capabilities.

Attention to details – It is important to have a good eye on everything. Don’t miss out on the simple things that can affect your service from catering equipment, kitchen utensils and appliances, decor, table settings, and food presentation.
