How to be a multi-orgasmic man and improve your lovemaking skills

Dear men (and women reading this to understand and help you):

While it is commonly known that women can have more than one orgasm in a row, you are still capable of experiencing that pleasure. When you climax continuously, you feel feelings of happiness spreading through your body accompanied by tingling, even numbness in your hands, feet, and head. As a multi-orgasmic man, you will enjoy longer lovemaking sessions, better health, and the thrill of bringing more joy and excitement to your partners.

The usual orgasm gives an explosive high that is over in a few seconds. It is felt mainly on a physical level. Most men are attached to this one-shot explosive orgasm because, so far, it’s all they’ve ever known. In my 10 years teaching Tantra, I have personally interviewed and witnessed hundreds of men who have learned to go beyond the single orgasm to extended and prolonged multiple orgasm, or continuous climax. These men report a noticeable softening and opening of their heart/emotions and a shift in their consciousness.

Recreational drugs and alcohol are popular because they also create altered states of consciousness. With Male Multiple Orgasm, you can naturally achieve these incredible heightened states and make lasting mental, emotional, and physical changes. When you prolong your orgasm, you are literally spreading the pleasure of your sexual chakra (energy center around the genital area) throughout your body. The continuous climax expands your ‘Mojo’ (sexual power) throughout your body, so you get a great dose of nutrition at all levels. As a multi-orgasmic man, you become a ‘superman’. You tap into your most powerful source of vitality, health, and happiness…your sexual passion.

The biggest question I get from new male Tantra students is, “Do I have to hold my ejaculation to have multiple orgasms?” The answer is yes and no. By practicing the techniques outlined below, you can finally experience multiple orgasms while continuing to release ejaculation. This skill comes with practice and will be explained in a more advanced guide soon. At first, it’s best to practice ejaculation retention, at least until you feel the first orgasmic waves running through your body. Important Note: Don’t expect Multiple Male Orgasm to feel like the explosive orgasm you’re used to. That kind of orgasm is a one time deal and cannot be multiplied in succession. Why? Because the male body is cleverly designed to protect itself from losing too much sperm.

Are you ready to open yourself to new dimensions of ecstasy?

Here are 5 powerful steps to practice and have better and longer sex

1. Practice slow sex.

Slow down all your movements when making love. You want to be able to stop completely when you feel yourself getting close to the point of ejaculation and it helps a lot if you move slowly and gently. Slowing down gives you the space to stop before you reach a point of “no return.” If on a scale of 1 to 10, your ‘point of no return’ is an 8, be sure to stop at 7 and just take a deep breath until the moment has passed. You may have to do this several times in several minutes while making love. It’s okay. Remember, practice makes permanent. Let your partner know that she is practicing ejaculation control and agree on a verbal signal that will tell you when she is in her 7th so she can stop moving too. (i.e. “stop”, “freeze”, “seven”, “time out”, etc.). Once you master this skill, you can use a combination of fast and slow sex. Be sure to find out what your partner prefers!

2. Keep your breath long and deep.

Pay attention to your breath. It should be slow, deep and rhythmic at all times, even when you get excited and your body movement speeds up. Imagine you are running a long distance marathon. Just as you pace yourself with slow, steady breathing when jogging, you should pace yourself with deep inhalations and exhalations in sex. Notice (and ask your partner to point it out gently) whenever you’re holding your breath and simply remind yourself to let go and breathe. The deeper the breath, the better the blood can circulate and dissipate the intensity of your sexual chakra and the desire to explode.

3. Get a gentle spine massage.

Ask your partner to gently stroke your back from the base of your spine to your neck. Your hands should move in firm, consistent motions always from the lower back to the upper back. You can apply pressure, as long as it’s not on the spine. Light massage helps to redistribute the energy from your sexual chakra to your heart. Ask your partner to spend a few minutes massaging your back (from the bottom up) before you start making love. In this way, your back is more relaxed and open and ready to channel the flow of energy upwards. Now that will be difficult!

4. Do Kegel exercises to strengthen muscle control.

Your PC muscles are the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine. To do Kegel exercises, take a deep breath and flex your PC muscles for 10 seconds. Squeeze as hard as you comfortably can. Exhale slowly while relaxing your PC muscles for 10 seconds. Repeat three times. Once you get stronger, do repetitions without resting between them. Practice when you are urinating. Stop its flow, hold and release as often as possible. By doing Kegel exercises outside of the bedroom, you’ll be more equipped to use your PC muscles effectively to control ejaculation during lovemaking.

5. Make eye contact during sex.

By maintaining eye contact with your partner, you open yourself up to the most sensitive part of you that yearns for soul connection. Allow this side to play a stronger role when you are making love and the energy will shift from its lower levels of lust to its higher levels of love. When you surrender to the ecstasy of your partner’s eyes and are open enough in your heart to feel this connection, you will no longer give in to instinctual release. You will have the power of choice to continue to please your partner, witness them blossom into new states of bliss, and continually climax in your own sacred right.
