It is common knowledge that the quality of our education around the world has been very low for many reasons that our global education experts never take into account, including Indonesia, one of the largest countries in the world whose schools and universities outnumber number to other countries in the world, but its quality has not improved

From my observation, interviews, teaching, and lecturing in schools, colleges, and universities in Indonesia, there are many factors that I believe are very important for our world educators to consider in order to improve the quality of our education. There are at least 3 factors that affect the success or failure of our education: internal, external and instrumental factors. I believe that if we pay special attention to these three factors, the quality of our education will be better in terms of the quality of our education.

The first factor is the internal factor that refers to the students who are learning. It includes (a) their individual interest in learning, (b) the learning motivation implanted in students who are learning with other students who have the same interest. This motivation to learn is also influenced by several factors, i.e., the learning ability of the students, the conditions, the environmental conditions, the dynamic elements in learning, and the efforts of their teachers to teach the students, in addition to other factors. circumstances such as the physical condition of the students and their psychological state, their attention, attitude and learning habits, hardness in learning, social and economic position, as well as cognitive capacity.

The second factor is called the external factor which is not separable from the first factor which guarantees the learning outcome. This factor includes the social environment where the students are, the stakeholders, I mean the schools or universities and the teachers and readers, and they are present with the students. The presence of other people at the time of learning should often be in line with the purposes of the students’ activities which should not interfere with or impede their learning, in other words, the presence of people around the students should support their learning. learning. experience and activities, and the environment, such as peers, classmates from the same and different classes, the administration/director of the school, their teachers and other school employees, as well as principals, greatly influence in the learning process to account for learning outcomes. Another important thing that is also related to the success of learning is the curriculum, the structure of the course and the infrastructure available as means or means of learning, as well as teachers as designers of learning and that are surely guaranteed for the results of the learning supported by devices or tools that are ready at hand and that have to be well designed in such a way that they meet the requirements of the learning activities.

In conclusion, those are the two very important factors that explain the success of learning that we, as educators of the world and stakeholders in education, must pay attention to in order to guarantee success in our global education.
